What we do
AtlasRisks is a daily geopolitical risk intelligence platform. Every morning at 0500 EST, our engine scores every country in the world across nine weighted components, attributes the news driving each score, and emails a single number — the GGRI — to your inbox. See a sample.
Subscribers get the full atlas: 193 countries, scored daily, with a 72-hour event timeline per country, watchlist alerts, and the full GGRI brief with sources. Operator-grade. No marketing fog. No analyst-narrative spin.
Where it came from
AtlasRisks is built and operated by David Ramirez — an independent risk intelligence sole proprietorship. The OSINT pipeline behind the GGRI was developed and refined over years of fieldwork in advance planning, protective operations, and country risk assessment for executives, family offices, and operators in volatile environments. AtlasRisks is the productized version of that pipeline — same engine, now in your inbox.
How we're different
Three things separate AtlasRisks from the established platforms (Stratfor, RANE, Recorded Future, Dragonfly, Seerist):
- One daily number. The GGRI is the headline metric. Component scores and full evidence are right behind it for the day's deep dive — but the number is what your boss reads in the elevator.
- Transparent methodology. Every weight, every source, every scoring rubric is published and versioned. You can audit the model. Read the methodology →
- Priced for security teams. Pro is $49/mo. Team is $199/mo. Enterprise is custom. We're not asking your CISO to negotiate a six-figure annual contract.
The stack
What's under the hood
- OSINT pipeline ingesting 41 sources across 4 tiers (T0 government primary → T3 state-affiliated)
- ~250 country/keyword attribution map with region-fallback for unmatched headlines
- Nine-component scoring engine with module-load weight-sum assert
- 0500 EST daily run on a production Mac via launchd; cloud backup at 0507 EST
- Bounded chaos term from CSPRNG (or RANDOM.org true-RNG when reachable) — keeps the model honest about its noise floor
- Open methodology, versioned (current: v1.1)
