The AtlasRisks GGRI Daily is sent via Resend, which has high deliverability, but new senders sometimes hit spam filters until your email client “learns” we’re a real correspondent. Here are quick fixes.
Tell your email client we’re legitimate
- Add to contacts: Add
hello@atlasrisks.com to your address book or contacts. Most spam filters give contacts a strong allowlist.
- Mark as Not Spam: Find one of our briefs in your spam folder and click Not Spam (or Report Not Phishing in some clients). After one or two of these, future briefs go straight to your inbox.
- Whitelist the domain (corporate users): Ask your IT admin to whitelist
atlasrisks.com at the gateway level if your company uses Mimecast, Barracuda, Proofpoint, etc.
Common reasons
- Gmail Promotions tab: Gmail sometimes routes content-rich emails to Promotions instead of the Primary inbox. Drag one brief from Promotions to Primary — Gmail asks if you want to do this for all future emails. Say yes.
- Outlook clutter / Focused vs Other: Right-click a brief and choose Move to Focused inbox or Always move to Focused.
- Corporate email gateway: Some companies’ security tools (Mimecast, Proofpoint) silently quarantine new senders. Ask your IT admin to release one of our messages and add the domain to the safe-sender list.
If briefs are missing entirely (not even in spam), check that your subscription is still active at /manage.html. We don’t deliver to inactive subscribers.
