How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your AtlasRisks subscription anytime — no phone calls, no hold queues. Cancellation is effective immediately or at the end of your current billing cycle (your choice). Refunds for the unused portion of a paid month aren’t automatic; email hello@atlasrisks.com if you need a prorated refund.

Steps

  1. Sign in at /manage.html with your subscriber email and passcode.
  2. Click the Manage in Stripe button. This opens Stripe’s hosted billing portal scoped to your account.
  3. Inside the Stripe portal, click Cancel subscription.
  4. Stripe will offer two options:
    • Cancel immediately — access ends now, no future charges.
    • Cancel at period end — access continues until the end of your current billing cycle, no renewal charge.
  5. Confirm. Your AtlasRisks account stays in our system (so you can resubscribe with the same email later) but no further charges happen.

What stays / what goes

If your Manage in Stripe button shows an error, your subscriber record may not be linked to a Stripe customer ID. Email hello@atlasrisks.com with your account email and we’ll cancel manually.
