You can cancel your AtlasRisks subscription anytime — no phone calls, no hold queues. Cancellation is effective immediately or at the end of your current billing cycle (your choice). Refunds for the unused portion of a paid month aren’t automatic; email hello@atlasrisks.com if you need a prorated refund.
Steps
- Sign in at /manage.html with your subscriber email and passcode.
- Click the Manage in Stripe button. This opens Stripe’s hosted billing portal scoped to your account.
- Inside the Stripe portal, click Cancel subscription.
- Stripe will offer two options:
- Cancel immediately — access ends now, no future charges.
- Cancel at period end — access continues until the end of your current billing cycle, no renewal charge.
- Confirm. Your AtlasRisks account stays in our system (so you can resubscribe with the same email later) but no further charges happen.
What stays / what goes
- Stays: your account record, your watchlist, your subscriber-set preferences. If you resubscribe with the same email later, your data is still there.
- Goes: daily-brief email delivery (within 24h), watchlist alerts, dashboard Pro features, API access.
If your Manage in Stripe button shows an error, your subscriber record may not be linked to a Stripe customer ID. Email hello@atlasrisks.com with your account email and we’ll cancel manually.
