How do I delete my account?

Account deletion is permanent. Your subscriber record, watchlist, custom preferences, and authentication credentials are removed. Stripe billing history is retained per Stripe’s data policies (we can’t delete those for tax and legal reasons).

Before you delete

Delete the account

  1. Sign in to the Live Atlas.
  2. Open the ⚙ Settings panel.
  3. Find the Account section at the top.
  4. Click Delete account.
  5. Confirm by re-entering your passcode and typing “DELETE” in the confirmation field.
  6. Account is removed immediately. Daily brief delivery stops within 24 hours.

Can I get my data back?

No. Account deletion is irreversible. If you change your mind later you’d need to sign up fresh with the same email — but your watchlist, custom preferences, and history start blank.

If you can’t access the Settings panel for any reason, email hello@atlasrisks.com from the address on the account and we’ll process the deletion manually within 5 business days.
