I forgot my passcode — how do I reset?

Use the password reset flow at /reset-password.html. The reset link in the email is valid for 24 hours.

Steps

1. Visit /reset-password.html.
2. Enter the email associated with your account.
3. Check your inbox within ~1 minute for an email from hello@atlasrisks.com with subject "Reset your AtlasRisks passcode."
4. Click the link in the email.
5. Enter a new passcode (8+ characters, letters + numbers).
6. Sign in at /login.html with the new passcode.

Didn’t get the email?

• Check your spam folder.
• Check that you used the email registered with your account — reset links are only sent to the email on file.
• Add hello@atlasrisks.com to your contacts to prevent future deliverability issues.

Reset links expire 24 hours after they’re sent. If yours expired, request a new one. Old links are invalidated as soon as a newer one is requested.
