How do I update my payment method?

Update your card or add a new one through your subscriber self-service page. AtlasRisks never sees your card data — everything happens inside Stripe’s PCI-compliant payment infrastructure.

Steps

  1. Sign in at /manage.html.
  2. Click the Manage in Stripe button.
  3. In the Stripe billing portal, click Add payment method (or Update payment method if updating an existing one).
  4. Enter your new card details. Stripe validates the card immediately with a $0 authorization (no charge).
  5. Set the new card as your default. Future renewal charges will use it.

What if my card fails?

If a renewal charge fails (expired card, insufficient funds, fraud block, etc.), Stripe automatically retries 3 times over the next 7 days. You’ll get an email each time. After the third failure your subscription pauses until you update the payment method. We don’t cancel automatically — we wait for you to fix it.
